Own the conversation, the ranking, and the AI answer.

Outpost manages your brand's reputation where buying decisions actually happen: the Reddit, Quora, LinkedIn and Medium content your buyers read, the Google results it ranks for, and increasingly the answers ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Perplexity give when someone asks who to pick.

Reputation Management

REDDIT & QUORA.

A flat monthly subscription: we watch every conversation where your brand or category comes up, and participate only where you genuinely add value. One dedicated, credibility-built account represents you, ideally your own account with real history; if you don't have one, we build its standing in your communities first, before it ever mentions your brand.

No post quotas, no comment counts. Volume targets are how brands get banned, so we're measured on how your brand is talked about, not how often we talk.

Outcome: when your category comes up, the thread already speaks well of you.

Steps and procedure

  1. Week one, we map your category: which subreddits and Quora topics your buyers actually use, what each one allows, and where your brand already comes up.
  2. We audit your accounts. If you have nothing aged, we spend four to six weeks building one account’s standing before it mentions you at all.
  3. Daily monitoring from then on. Every relevant thread gets seen and judged, whether or not we act on it.
  4. We participate only where you genuinely add something. Most threads we read, we skip.
  5. A monthly report showing every thread we joined, every one we skipped, and the reason for each.

What to expect

The first four to six weeks are groundwork rather than visible results, and we would rather say that now than surprise you later. Sentiment moves gradually. We cannot control what other people post about you, only how well you are represented in the same conversation.

LINKEDIN & MEDIUM.

The two platforms most agencies leave on the table. Both carry serious domain authority, both get indexed fast, and both are read by the models, so a post published there does double duty: it reaches your buyers directly, and it becomes another source Google and the LLMs can cite back to you.

We ghost-write and publish under your team's own bylines, whether that's the founder's LinkedIn or an engineer's Medium, because a named human with a real profile is worth more to both algorithms than a brand page ever will be.

Outcome: four owned surfaces feeding the same search and AI footprint, not two.

Steps and procedure

  1. We agree the bylines, usually the founder plus one technical voice, because named humans outperform brand pages on both platforms.
  2. We build a topic plan from what your buyers search and ask, not from what is easy to write.
  3. We draft. You approve every piece before anything goes out under your name.
  4. We publish, then place it where it fits naturally, including the communities we already work in.
  5. We track indexing and whether the piece starts getting cited.

What to expect

Both platforms index within hours, but authority compounds over months rather than weeks. Volume is two articles a month on Presence and four on Command. You keep approval rights throughout, so nothing appears in your name that you have not read.

AI ANSWERS.

Your buyers now ask ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Perplexity who to shortlist. Pick the prompt you want to be the answer to, say "best X for Y", and we go to work on everything those models read: the Reddit threads, the Quora answers, the LinkedIn and Medium articles, the review pages and the comparison content that decide who gets recommended. Then we track your share of voice on that prompt every month and defend it.

Most GEO work chases YouTube and Wikipedia. Both are brutally hard to influence and slow to move. Reddit, Quora, LinkedIn and Medium are cited constantly, rank quickly, and are genuinely open to a credible contributor, which is why we concentrate there instead.

Outcome: your brand inside the AI's answer, not the ad slot beside it.

Steps and procedure

  1. You pick the buyer prompt you want to be the answer to, for example "best X for Y".
  2. We audit where you stand today on that prompt across ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Perplexity.
  3. We map which sources those models actually pull from for it.
  4. We work those sources: the threads, the answers, the articles, the comparison pages, the reviews.
  5. We re-measure your share of that answer every month and keep defending it.

What to expect

Nobody can force a model to recommend you, and anyone who promises that is guessing. Models also update on their own schedule, so this is ongoing maintenance rather than a fix you buy once. Expect movement over months, and expect some months to go backwards before they go forwards.

Subreddit Management

FROM ZERO.

Everything above puts you inside other people's communities. This is the opposite: we build and run one of your own. Naming and positioning, the rules and automod setup, the first few hundred members, and the daily moderation and seeded discussion that stop a new sub dying at forty subscribers, which is where almost all of them die.

It is the slowest thing we sell and we say so upfront: a sub worth having takes months, not weeks. What you get at the end is an audience nobody can charge you to reach again, on a page that ranks for your category and gets read by the models along with everything else.

Outcome: a community you own, instead of rented access to someone else's.

Steps and procedure

  1. We pitch naming and positioning first, because a sub that overlaps an existing one will never grow.
  2. We set up rules, flair and automod before a single member joins.
  3. We seed the first discussions so arrivals find a live room rather than an empty one.
  4. We recruit the first members from the communities where they already are.
  5. Daily moderation and recurring threads from then on, which is the part that decides whether it survives.

What to expect

This is the slowest thing we sell. Budget months, not weeks. Plenty of categories cannot sustain a subreddit at all, and if yours is one of them we will tell you at the free assessment rather than take the retainer.

ALREADY RUNNING.

Have a sub that stalled? We take over the operational load: moderation, flair and wiki structure, recurring threads, member reactivation, and fix the reasons growth flattened. Usually it is unclear positioning, no reason to return weekly, or a mod queue nobody has time for.

Outcome: your existing community active again, without you running it.

Steps and procedure

  1. We audit what actually flattened growth. Usually it is unclear positioning, no reason to return weekly, or an unmanaged mod queue.
  2. We restructure flair, wiki and pinned content so a first-time visitor understands the room in ten seconds.
  3. We take the moderation queue off your team entirely.
  4. We introduce recurring threads that give members a reason to come back on a schedule.
  5. We reactivate dormant members rather than only chasing new ones.

What to expect

Faster than starting from zero because the members already exist, but reactivation is still gradual. If the sub is quiet because the category cannot support one, restructuring will not change that, and we will say so rather than bill you for it.

The Seven Pillars of B2B SEO

A complete search program, weighted toward the work that actually moves revenue.

Pillar 01

Keyword Research

We map what your buyers actually search at every funnel stage, and what your competitors rank for that you don't. Every target keyword is tied to intent and revenue potential, so you never publish a page without a reason.

Pillar 02

On-Page SEO

Title tags, meta descriptions, heading structure, internal links and schema markup, all tuned page by page so search engines understand exactly what you sell and searchers choose your result over the one above it.

Pillar 03

Technical SEO

Crawlability, indexation, site speed, Core Web Vitals, redirects and clean architecture. We find and fix the invisible problems that quietly cap your rankings, before you spend another dollar on content.

Pillar 04

Bottom-of-Funnel Content

Comparison pages, alternatives pages, pricing explainers and use-case pages: the searches people make the week they buy. Lower volume, dramatically higher close rates. We build these first, not last.

Pillar 05

Link Building

Digital PR, niche publications and unlinked mention reclamation, so authority is earned from sites your buyers actually read. No link farms, no directories, nothing that puts your domain at risk.

Pillar 06

E-E-A-T & Authority

Author pages, expert review, original data and community proof that show Google, and buyers, real experience behind every claim. Our community and publishing work feeds this directly: named experts with real profiles, visibly active on Reddit, Quora, LinkedIn and Medium.
